Technology Acceptance for Automation in Supply Chains

This survey is part of a study aimed at understanding the factors influencing the adoption of automation technologies in multimodal supply chains. It consists of questions focusing on your organisation, your subjective perceptions of the automation technologies presented in the survey, and your demographic background. The survey is conducted by the Chair of Transportation Systems Engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) within the framework of AUTOSUP. The AUTOSUP project, supported by Horizon Europe, aims to empower freight transportation stakeholders to integrate new technologies into their operations and make informed investment decisions, supporting a smooth transition toward automated supply chains. It places particular emphasis on ensuring user acceptance throughout this process.
