Last Mile Delivery Preferences Survey

Thank you for participating in this survey. We are interested in understanding how people make decisions when choosing delivery options for their online purchases. Your responses will help us better understand what factors matter most to consumers when selecting how to receive their orders.

This survey consists of three parts:

  1. The first part investigates your current behaviour regarding delivery methods. We'll ask about your recent experiences and habits when receiving online orders.
  2. The second part explores your preferences for various online shopping delivery methods. You will be presented with multiple choice tasks where you'll see four delivery options (home delivery, parcel locker, post office pickup, or store pickup) and select your preferred option based on various characteristics such as cost, speed, and convenience.
  3. The third part asks about your social and economic background to help us understand how different groups of people approach delivery choices.

There are no right or wrong answers, as we simply want to know your genuine preferences and experiences. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

All responses will be kept confidential, non-identifiable, and used for research purposes only. If you used an identifying access code to access this survey, please rest assured that this code will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you completed (or did not complete) this survey. There is no way of matching identification access codes with survey responses.

This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.
